We visit your property.

A roughly one-hour technical visit. We come in person, not over video.

  • We check the existing locks and which ones need to be replaced.
  • We measure Wi-Fi signal and coverage in every room.
  • We inspect the air conditioning and the electrical outlets in the master bedroom.
  • We hand you a written diagnosis with the exact equipment list and costs.

If you decide not to move forward, this visit is free. No commitment.

Day 2 · 4 hours

We install the system.

A single technical session. We arrive in the morning and your property is ready by afternoon.

  • Smart lock on the main door, with per-guest codes and physical key backup.
  • Presence sensor connected to the A/C that turns it off automatically when no one's there.
  • Wi-Fi monitor that detects outages and reboots the modem before guests notice.
  • Airbnb integration synced with the system, so codes are generated automatically when each booking is confirmed.

All equipment is provided by us. You don't buy anything separately.

Day 3 · forever

You forget about it.

From day three on, your routine changes. Or rather, your routine stops existing.

  • Each guest gets their code by email automatically. No one calls you about a key.
  • The A/C turns itself off when the property is empty. The electricity bill drops from the first month.
  • If Wi-Fi fails, the system reboots the modem before any guest can complain.
  • You get a weekly report by WhatsApp with savings and activity.

You just collect. We handle everything else.
